From Vermont, take I-91 to the Springfield Exit (7). Head East toward Charlestown, and go South on Highway 12 (Main Street) to the Southside of town.

Heading South on Main Street, look for the white picket fence and the sign in the front yard. No. 355 is next to the front door, but drive to the side entrance.
